Underworld are a Welsh electronic group, and principal name under which duo Karl Hyde and Rick Smith have recorded together since 1983, though they have also worked together under various names both before and after adopting the Underworld moniker. The band is perhaps best known for "Born Slippy. NUXX", a track made popular in the Danny Boyle 1996 hit film Trainspotting. The first two albums they recorded together were with the band 'Freur'. I Can't Stand Cars, Teenage Teenage" (1979).

Underworld is the ninth studio album by American progressive metal band Symphony X. It was released on July 24, 2015 through Nuclear Blast. The album's first single, "Nevermore", premiered on May 22, 2015, followed by "Without You" on June 19. They were both officially released on July 22, 2015. The band's guitarist, founder and main songwriter, Michael Romeo, said he was against releasing separated tracks of the album, since it was written to be "a whole".

Beware of this album as there is a witch at work here ! Yyou can even hear her evil laugh in the track Black Friar ! You might easily get bewitched by this beast she created in the dark of the night: Raven Lord. Founding member Zsaba did not only sing on this debut album ‘Descent To The Underworld’ but also produced the record. Recorded and mixed in Gothenborg Sweden by Fredrik Nordström (Arch Enemy, Opeth) and mastered Maor Appelbaum (Sepultura, Halford) the album features some of the best classic metal I’ve heard in a long, long time. I must confess though that I haven’t been following the metal scene that closely anymore in the last couple of years so there certainly rang no bell when I looked at the line up. But I found out that they all are very experienced musicians in the field of metal.

Orphée aux enfers (Orpheus in the Underworld) is an opéra bouffon by Jacques Offenbach. The French text was written by Ludovic Halévy and later revised by Hector-Jonathan Crémieux. The work, first performed in 1858, is said to be the first classical full-length operetta. Offenbach's earlier operettas were small-scale one-act works, since the law in France did not allow certain genres of full-length works. Orpheus was not only longer, but more musically adventurous than Offenbach's earlier pieces. This also marked the first time that Offenbach used Greek mythology as a backdrop.

Featuring original images from the movie of the main characters, Selene, the vampire hybrid played by Kate Beckinsale, David (Theo James), Semira (Lara Pulver) and others. A cool collection of images from the official movie posters for each character with extra focus on Selene. What’s in the theme? This theme pack consists of several HD Underworld: Blood Wars wallpapers acting as a slideshow that changes every 30 mins along with a Windows color scheme change

The best track on what was for all intents and purposes Underworld’s debut album, Dirty Epic pulled off a balancing act with a preposterously high degree of difficulty. In a way it’s the record’s most retrograde song, with its verse/chorus/verse structure, its use of guitar, its undistorted and understated vocals, and its complete-sentence lyrical directness hearkening directly back to UW’s days as a proper band.
