Tommy Williams was a Londoner who worked for the Lachenal Concertina factory in the 1920s, played his huge Wheatstone Maccann duet system concertina in music hall and concert parties, and by the 1950s, had a small concertina repair workshop in a Battersea garret. On the recording he talked about his career playing and tuning concertinas for the famous maker Lachenal in London in the early 20th century.
