Lyrics to Secret Love by Bing Crosby from the Bing Crosby Sings More Great Songs album - including song video, artist biography, translations and more! . Once I had a secret love, That lived within the heart of me All too soon my secret love, Became impatient to be free. So I told a friendly star, The way that dreamers often do Just how wonderful you are, And why I'm so in love with you. Now, I shout it from the highest hills Even told the golden daffodils At last my hearts an open door, And my secret love's No secret anymore.

I love the classic Christmas albums. Things just seemed better with them and it was about family and wholesome values. Shopping frenzies just don't come to mind when I listen to this. This album (Bing Crosby's "White Christmas") is a true Classic. My mother had the album on 78 rpm records. The original title was "Merry Christmas", and it consisted of only eight of the present twelve songs. "Silver Bells", "It's Beginning to Look Like Christmas", "Christmas in Killarney" and "Mele Kalikimaka" were not included; they were added later.
