The Limps are a Punk Rock band from Annan, UK that were signed to the Matchbox Classics independent record label based in Carlisle. The band was comprised of Chuck, Andy,Tam and Dee Dee. Mad Season, also known as Mad Season by Matchbox Twenty, is the second studio album from American rock band Matchbox Twenty, released in May 2000. The album was a significant departure from the band's debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You, as it moved from a straight rock sound to poppier sounds and experimental rock.

Instead, the album sports a nice mix of material that is catchy, but may take a little longer to settle into your memory banks, such as the moody yet intense "Bent," the horn-driven rocker "Black & White People," and several songs examining various aspects of relationships, "If You're Gone," "Rest Stop," and "Bed of Lies. It's a beautifully constructed album with variety and classic Matchbox Twenty that really makes you think. I definitely recommend it to old fans and newly interested customers alike.
Matchbox Twenty formed outside Orlando in 1995 and has been rocking stages around the world ever since . This song is the final single from Matchbox Twenty's second album Mad Season. Sad and soulful, the track lacked the radio airplay success of some of the band's earlier work. Rob Thomas repeatedly references the "Beautiful Girl" of this song in "Disease" which was the band's next single, and appears at number 10 on our list. Another touching tune about a broken relationship, "Bright Lights" is the story of a girl who has left home to pursue fortune and fame. Thomas sings that "if the bright lights don't receive you, then turn yourself around and come on home. 6. "How Far We've Come".
