Notes

Per the back of the cardboard jacket, the song was produced for the September 1979 Employee Open House of CIBA-GEIGY's Pharmaceutical Division (in the US, presumably).

The song lyrics of this motivational tune (in industrial musical style) repeatedly mention working as a team, men and women together, and refer fleetingly to past troubles. I wonder if these refer to a contemporary lawsuit or policy change affecting the status of women in the Pharmaceutical division.
